***Kashmir forcibly occupied by India in 1948 and to date tyrant rule persists. UNO is giving step-motherly/close eye treatment! WHY***

 All kashmiris must analyze and conclude that why: 

(1) UN Resolutions on Kashmir termed as redundant by the champions of unipolar/democratic world and remain under suspended animation for the past 65 years?

(2)To date no UN Resolution has been implemented nor any other obligation including human right violations/planned genocide of kashmiris is stopped? 

(3) In line with the strategy/support of the west, India took the matter to UNO to avoid complete defeat/annihilation of its forces, in the face of kashmiri mujahadeen/lashkars and thereafter everyone giving close eye treatment?

(4) India refused to accept UN Resolutions/Observer Group nor any mediation for the right of self determination and no one came forward to question India WHY NOT? 

(5) Tashkent, Shimla and other bilateral agreements, signed accepted by Pakistan under duress, which suit India, remain in focus and being persuaded for implementation, as a substitute for UN Resolutions?

(6) Kashmiris who are FIRST PARTY in this dispute and their fate being decided, remained back benchers/silent spectators, given no legal status and right to plead/negotiate their case.Why Kashmiris are not granted the justified legal status of FIRST PARTY in this issue? 

(7) Simple question is that in this 21st century, why kashmiris being treated like deaf and dumbs and imposed solution, dictated by UNO/USA/Indian lobbies? 

(8) Why can't all kashmiris stand together and demand their birth right of self determination, who is stopping them and for what good or bad reasons? 

(9)To date, Kashmiris in millions have been killed/wounded/displaced/jailed/under house arrests. Atrocities/brutalities, in the hands of Indian occupation forces are multiplying with the passage of time. Can we still hope that UNO or the free world of 21st century will come for our rescue, on their own accord and grant us the freedom/right of self determination? 

(10) Being deprived, subjugated and denied basic human rights, why we must be obliged to follow the verdict of UNO, India, USA and allies. What is the compulsion, internal/external and what is the way out? 

(11) Can our divided and disintegrated Kashmiri leadership/community, totally subservient to the dictates of others be ever able to plead the case of freedom/right of self determination, effectively/squarely? 

(12) Should we all accept status quo/ slavery or with new vigor/innovation, utilizing collective brain power/wisdom, strategize our future plans, in line with 21st century requirements?

(13) As a first party and the legitimate state owners, why not to knock at the door of International Court of Law, UNO and international community/media, refuting acceptance of all pacts/agreement/ super imposed verdicts, where explicit consent of the majority of kashmiris is non existent? 

(14) Do we really need to set our priorities right so that we achieve freedom or remain silent spectators, heading for slavery/subjugation of self and future generations, as hither to fore?

(15) IF YOU ALL THINK THAT WE ALL KASHMIRIS MUST EXCELLERATE OUR EFFORTS TO ACHIEVE FREEDOM, LET US PLAY OUR INDIVIDUAL/COLLECTIVE PART TO:

•  Achieve unity/cohesion amongst Kashmiri community/leadership, those who defy/refute must be pin pointed/segregated. 

•  We all establish/gather around a single platform and raise our collective voice for the freedom of Kashmir. 

•  Have single agenda, that is the RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION, DURING THE YEAR 2014. 
•  Non acceptance/adherence to any interim/imposed agreement(s)/solution/division of Kashmir. 
• Making all out efforts for the acquisition of FIRST PARTY status through all possible means i.e. International Court of Law/UNO/International community/media. 
• 2014 must be the year for the freedom/liberation of Kashmir. 
• End to atrocities/brutalities/human right violations in the Indian occupied Kashmir. THIS GOAL IS ACHIEVEABLE, IF WE ALL KASHMIRIS STAND UNITED AND RAISE OUR VOICE FROM A SINGLE PLATFORM! LET WE ALL KASHMIRIS STAND TOGETHER AND CREATE A HISTORY OF OUR OWN!!!
