If we combine the last 63 years tenure of different politicians from wasti Bagh and only 5 years tenure of Col (R) Raja Muhammad Nasim Khan, We can easily conclude that Col Raja Nasim's period is one thousand time better than all the politicians of Wasti Bagh jointly. He is the real hero not only of wasti Bagh but also of whole Kashmir.

Your progress is v-very good but there is lake of teamwork (yours team members). Because
ReplyDeleteThere are very many factors involved in the development of a good team. However, here we shall concentrate on three in particular, namely: communication, team balance and leadership.
Effective teamwork therefore depends on a good leader (No doubt about you), the right balance of the right people and the channels of communication remaining open between them. If these three core ingredients can be brought together, then there is every chance of a very effective team developing.
